90 day detox challenge!

Seriously, who is in need of a detox?! I try… I really do! I try and eat healthy, drink enough water, and live a healthy lifestyle.  Amongst the busy lifestyle, convenience of processed foods, and all of the friends and family gatherings it just doesn’t happen.  If you are feeling badly about your diet and need a reset, I have the 90 day detox set for you! Let me introduce you to 3 little products that can help detox, give your body the nutrients it is missing, and balance out your body. I know that on days that I am not doing my best with my diet, I am still putting good things in my body to help fight off sickness and disease. Expect to feel more energized, increased energy and immune system, plus less bloating and cravings

1). Greens- 34 different fruits and veggies, 52 herbs and superfoods plus matcha tea, magnesium, and potassium to help detoxify balance and support energy levels, metabolism, and immune system. You can stir it into your yogurt, smoothie, water, or juice on a daily basis.

2). Probiotics-Did you know that 70% of your immune system lives in your GI TRACT?! If you are feeling sluggish, sick, or bloated this is a great place to start. Feed the good bacteria in your belly with PRObiotics and PREbiotics which target the large and small intestines.  Take daily with your greens.

3). Cleanse-Reset and rebalance your body with a 2 day gentle cleanse. This cleanse is white pants approved and doesn’t make you run to the bathroom. 2 4oz drinks/ day 2 consecutive days. Rules: Eat CLEAN and drink A LOT of water. This cleanse is powered by Blue Agave Extract, Aloe Vera Leaf Gel, and 25 different foods, extracts, and botanicals. Pick 2 days out of the month to do this cleanse.

Our 90 day challenge includes these 3 products that are shipped directly to your house for 3 consecutive months. After that, you are free to stop your order and purchase at leisure going forward. We can also customize your detox program if needed.

Fat Fighters to the rescue!?

Cactus leaf as part of your diet?  Don’t worry, it is perfectly safe and I actually recommend it!

Let me tell you WHY this stuff needs to lie in your purse!  NeOputnia is derived from the prickley pear cactus, and is the most powerful, kosher, and vegetarian fat-binding ingredient available!

NeOputnia can decrease fatty acid absorption by more then 28% compared to placebo (neoputnia.com). It can also help to regulate blood sugar levels which reduces blood sugar spikes.

Okay, so the cactus can help take care of the extra fats in your diet, but what about those carbs?! Luckily, our fat fighter is also packed with a white kidney bean extract. This kidney bean can actually paralyze the process that your body doe that turns the carbs into simple sugars.

So, now that we are blocking some of the carbs and fats that you eat.. you may expect that you are going to have to bee line it to the nearest bathroom or risk a public display of embarrassment! Luckily, our Fat Fighters are white pant and office party approved.

No running to the bathroom. No GI discomfort.  This bottle lives in my purse.

Ice cream or Greens?! The struggle is real…

Greens Chews

Picture 1 of 3

A bowl of ice cream or some Greens Chews? That is the debate I play over and over in my head every night.  This isn’t just a boring old vanilla ice cream either. It is a Sea Salt Carmel Truffle that I bought in a time of weakness. Of course, I WANT the bowl of ice cream because it is delicious, but let me tell you why I choose the Chews.

1). It tastes like a wild berry starburst (yep, like candy!)

2). I can eat 6 of them and still only have 90 calories and 9g of sugar. My serving of ice cream (if I really only eat a serving) has 140 calories and 18g of sugar.

3). The Greens Chews are full of 50 different fruits and vegetables that include everything from apple and banana to kale and cauliflower.  Whereas, my ice cream has high fructose corn syrup and the second ingredient is sugar.

4). My Chews contain PREBIOTICS (creating a good environment for healthy bacteria in your GI tract), the antioxidant strength of 20 cartons of blueberries, and promote heart health with the help of pterostilbene.  The ice cream DOES make me temporarily happy because of its deliciousness, which is immediately followed by guilt.

After staring into the freezer for a few minutes and weighing my options, I make my choice. Some days the greens win and honestly, sometimes the ice cream wins. As long as I have more Greens Chews days then Ice cream days…. I say I win.

Testimony from one of my friends: “I have struggled with borderline high blood pressure for the past few years. Last summer, I started taking the Greens Chews daily, mostly because they are absolutely delicious and a great after work snack. When I went for my yearly physical, my doctor was impressed that my blood pressure was normal and not borderline. The Chews are the only change I had really been consistent about. Love this product so much and take them daily!”- Kris Taylor

Greens Chews are $30 for 60 chews.  You can find the ingredient list here or to order yours today press this.
